  Too expensive and your car is not really clean. Better to pay the same price and get the guys on the street in the van to wash it. They do a great job in and out for the same cost.

  I just got my car washed there not 30 minutes ago. It was not fully dried as you can see and there’s still stains on the car. It cost $22.75 for an exterior wash and this is what my car looks like at the end. Awful job super disappointed.

  I called Pelham Manor Car Wash & Lube just to ask a simple question: what do oil changes roughly start at? I wasn’t asking for an exact quote — just a basic starting price range. The person on the phone told me they could not give any estimate unless I brought the car in for them to look at first. That honestly makes no sense. Most places can at least provide a “starting at” price for a standard oil change over the…

  phone. To make it more frustrating, they don’t even have a website with pricing information available, so there’s no easy way for customers to get basic information before making the trip. It felt like a complete waste of time for such a simple question. Better communication and more pricing transparency would go a long way.

  AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!!! I will NEVER go back to this place. After I passed my car in this carwash, my windshield cracked, I talked to the manager he said he couldn't do anything because it wasn't his problem.

  Came in at 9:00 AM today for my inspection. Very prompt, courteous and professional service. Very pleased with my latest oil change here, and now, more pleased with today's timely inspection. Very well done!!!

  Very disappointed because I got the most expensive service worth $80. They were supposed to clean and make the interior clean and shiny. It is even described as “clean the hard to reach places”. Unfortunately, they missed a lot of spots and the interior isn’t shiny. I had way better service when I had the $50 one and the interior was super shiny with the $50 service. I asked the clerk to just charge me with the $50…
