Ibro helped me out so much with buying my 2019 honda accord 2.0. Working with me and making the purchasing process go as smoothly as possible even being located in Boston. If yall want a car from here i would 100% ask for Ibro personally

Purchased a certified pre-owned car here last week. I had about a 15 email back and forth with one of the salesmen and confirmed the out the door price with him multiple times (as well as verbally on the phone). When I finally called to put down a deposit, they realized that there was a mistake and that the out the door pricing was $2,000 more than they had said. Instead of taking the hit for their own mistake…

(which in every other business would be expected), they launch into a whole non-apology and send me on a whirlwind of transfers where I am promised by every manager that they are losing money on this one (but of course they won't show me the receipt for what they paid for the vehicle "to protect the original owner's identity" - even though it's on the title when I buy the car, but whatever). Nice people I guess, but they assume everyone is an uneducated buyer. "We just got this car last week", "we are getting phone calls non-stop about this one" "we are losing money on this deal", yadayada... All not true. I guess they're just doing their job but it's a little bit insulting, and shocks me at just how unintelligent they think every person is. As far as their imaginary 182 point inspection (which is like their holy Bible or Constitution or something): 1. Literally on the drive home from purchasing the car, the warning light goes on that the tire pressure is low. I stopped at a different Honda dealership on the way and they refilled the tires for me no problem, but it's ridiculous that they don't actually inspect the car and ensure something so basic as the tires are in order before they hand you the keys. 2. When I got home and shut the car off, a message appears on the screen that says a system update is available. Again why in the world did you guys not do this before you gave me the car? Wouldn't your holy 182-point inspection notice that there is a system update available? All you need to do is turn the car off and the screen displays the message... 3. The car didn't smell so great, so I checked the air cabin filter and it was filthy and covered in dirt and leaves. It says clearly in their inspection that it was checked and was clean. That inspection was signed by the tech and the manager. How could they sign that, if they didn't even check the filter? What else did they claim to have inspected, but didn't even look at? I honestly wasn't planning on leaving a negative review despite the pricing mistake that they didn't honor because I felt bad. But after the low tire pressure, system update message and filthy air filter I changed my mind. In short, they are a sloppy operation, slightly unprofessional, and just the classic used car salesman stereotype. It's a shame cuz they are genuinely nice people. They just need to get their act together.

I was forced into buying a new car when some jerk ignored a red light and totaled my existing car. Therefore, going into this process, I was stressed and felt like I was doing it against my will! But, I can't live without a car so I had no choice. In the 7 years since I got my last car, the choices and means to find those choices are quite overwhelming. I tried tons of websites, but CapitalOne Auto Navigator was…

actually the easiest to deal with. I pored over listings and was able to whittle it down to 5 but reached out to Mt. Kisco first cause that was the only blue one! Ibro reached out to me almost immediately. I was already out of work and had a crazy night of transporting kids but he was able to field and answer all of my crazy questions via text. I visited him the next day and he took me out for a test drive and went over my options when we got back to the dealership. He was very patient and walked me through the whole process with ease. I never felt like I was being pushed (which was my experience at a NJ dealership 7 years ago) The whole team worked together to get it registered, Ibro called my insurance to add the vehicle and put on my plates. Lastly, I worked with Debbie for the financing portion. I hate all things to deal with logistics of money, so she was able to talk to me like I know nothing (which is what I need hehehe) and find me the loan option that was best for my budget while still getting an extended warranty to have that ease of mind. It was a long day, but I felt that they cared about my experience and concerns and have walked away with a really great car!
