  Brought my car in early yesterday for a loss of power and misfiring. No codes or lights. Charlie was able to deliver a smooth running SUV by close of business. I was told what was wrong and any future issues my old suv may present. As a woman, it's always anxiety when having a car issue. McLean alleviates the stress. Very knowledgeable and patient.   Charlie is the most honest and competent mechanic I have ever had. My car was badly damaged during a recent flash flood. I had a hard time starting it but when it did start water came pouring out of the tailpipe. I was able to move the car a few feet but every warning light came on so I just left it and the next day the battery was dead. Charlie took care of everything from start to finish.   towed for me when I couldn’t be there. Charlie diagnosed the car In the hope that it could be fixed. He even tried to locate parts that were in short supply at the Honda dealer. He dealt with two adjusters all along. Unfortunately it turned out that the car could not be repaired. In the end Geico totaled a car and paid me a very fair settlement. None of this cost me any money; Charlie dealt directly with Geico. Super recommended!

  I always come here with any car issues I'm having. Charlie is very thorough and explains the problems clearly. He gives updates often. I was recommended through family friends and I've never been disappointed. One instance I remember was my brakes weren't working and everyone said I'd need to pay for new ones. I brought it over to McLean and I just needed some new bolts in place as the others were getting rusty.…
