  Needed fours tires and an alignment for my Honda Civic Sport. Dealt with Ricardo and his team. The store is presentable and the staff is friendly. Service was smooth.   I can’t say enough good things about the amazing team at Mavis Discount Tire! I got a flat tire right after coming off the Thruway, just as they were closing and right before a snowstorm hit. Ricardo was an absolute lifesaver that evening, he was patient, knowledgeable, and so kind even though it was the end of their day.   car was kept safe overnight and arranged everything to order my specialty tire. Sebastian was also wonderful. He was there that night and again when I picked up my car. Both in person and over the phone, he was extremely professional, helpful, and pleasant to work with. What could have been a stressful and potentially dangerous situation turned into such a reassuring experience. My tire was replaced quickly, my warranty needs were handled smoothly, and I felt completely safe and cared for. Because of Ricardo and Sebastian, I’ll be coming back here for any future service needs. They truly went above and beyond, and I highly recommend this location to anyone who wants honest, kind, and reliable help, especially in a pinch!

I paid around $700- $800 for service on my car, only to be met with a lack of professionalism. Especially after being dismissed of my concerns, I took my car to another mechanic where I discovered that a tool had been left inside my car near the wheel/brake area.
