  genuinely listened to us. We had mentioned how much we loved the brown interior, but unfortunately there weren’t any available at the time. We figured we’d have to go with a different color. When we arrived to pick up our Palisade, Max surprised us by finding one with the brown interior and having it brought to the dealership specifically for us. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and it meant so much that he went out of his way to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Mike, the manager, was also fantastic to work with. He helped make the entire leasing process smooth, easy, and stress-free from start to finish. Leasing a new car can feel overwhelming, but the team at Hyundai of New Rochelle made it such an enjoyable experience. We absolutely love our new 2026 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy and are so grateful to Max and Mike for going above and beyond.   I have been working with Demond to get exactly the Ioniq 5 I want, which meant I had to order it and wait for it. Throughout the process, he was professional and made it easy to stay in contact.
