  Just got an inspection done. I was sitting at a Dunkin' Donuts a few minutes down the road while waiting for my car. About 45 minutes later I see someone standing in front of me. He had brought me my car key and completed inspection report and told me to just go back to the station and pay. Amazing service.

  STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE I took my car there for repair and I was told I needed some front end work along with the electrical work that was done. I told the mechanic I will schedule the front end work next week just do the electrical work. When I dropped off my car I had four new tires I bought previously from Mavis Discount tires. When I picked my car up I noticed the steering had gotten worsted and thought I…

  needed the front end work to correct the issue. When I went home I looked at my tires and noticed one tire was different from the other three tires. I went back and asked the owner Chris why I was missing a tire. I told him I dropped this car off with four brand new tires and when I picked the car up I have three new tires. I asked Chris to look into this matter, Chris replied Mavis sold you these tires call them. I told Chris the different tire is worn out and not new. Chris, can you please look into this matter. “Chris replied no” It’s your problem not mine. I purchased another tire and the car is running fine. The mechanic said the tire was not balanced and that was the cause of steering issues.

  Tried using this business on two different occasions both times I was met with disrespect and disappointment. Tony and his worker (tall big guy) needs to learn customer service skills. Took my business to a shop in white plains instead. DONT COME HERE unless you’re willing to deal with arrogant ***holes
