  They used to be ok but are now subpar and they charge more than dealerships for basic services. Customer service has gone down hill big time. I’ve had better quality work and service at gas station mechanic shops.

  I went here, instead of my local mechanic, because I was told these guys have a soft touch with vintage cars like mine. After a half dozen visits, it’s clear this is more of a factory and they don’t really care about customers’ needs. A year ago, I came in asking them to fix an oil leak, and when I brought it home it just started leaking again. And a year later, it took two visits for them to tell me, they can’t…

  really figure out where the leak is coming from. Then I had an odometer problem. I brought it to them, thinking with their expertise of old German cars, they would certainly know how to fix it. So they looked at it, told me I needed to buy some replacement parts. No help on what to buy, I had to figure that out for myself. But when I finally brought it back in with the parts, after looking at it a second time, they told me they couldn’t actually do the job. They get two stars because at least they’re friendly. But don’t come here with a car that needs any special attention, because it’s pretty clear they don’t know what they’re doing.

  Incredibly disappointed . I brought my car in this week as there was a tyre pressure issue and service light on . I was then rang and advised my back brakes need to be replaced which I moved forward with . When I was told the car was ready later that day , the closing time had moved up 30mins from the what is shown online and I asked a friend to pay until I could get home to pick the car up from outside .   paying $907 for the tyre gauge ,oil change and back breaks the same error for the service light was still on and when I tried to call everyone was gone for the day . I called again the next day and was told to bring back the car . When I did this morning I am now being told that I now need to complete a brake flush even though it was the very same error signal on the dash as when I brought the car in . They said the service was now reset but same message comes up .When I asked why this wouldn’t have been spotted when they had the car and did the brakes , I was told it must have just come on even though the error signs were the exact same since earlier in the week. I’ve tried to call and phone keeps going to voicemail that is full . Not the service I’d expect as the last time I’d no issue but disappointed I’m going to end up paying more to time and labor for a service that should have been completed on Tuesday . Unsure why a car would be given back with the error message still showing
