  My service was good as was the rep who assisted me with paperwork, etc. My issue is that weeks prior I set up an appointment for 9:00 am for an oil change/inspection. I understand the service department is busy so I requested the car be ready by 2:00 pm (which I think is sufficient for standard maintenance). I was called and told just prior to 2:00 pm that my car was just then going in to be worked on and it…

  would be at least another hour. I stopped in at 3:15 and it still wasn't ready. Why bother to request an appointment time if it doesn't mean anything other than to expect the car be in the shop the entire day. Was told "waiters" take precedence which I understand to some extent but to expect your car to be in service all day for a routine job just does not make sense to me. It implies my car was not taken in the order of the appointment time.
