  I would leave a 5 star review but I don't believe I'd be sending the right message to the company. Your employees are great and I have NEVER had an issue. I've been going to JiffyLube locations for about 10 years. When I have taken my car other places because I felt I couldn't wait, I have severely regretted it and also paid handsomely, literally and figuratively. Your people are awesome and doing their best, but…

  they are short staffed. The company can do better in marketing, training, and being flexible for your employees and their families. Your front desk check-in staff should not be "manning" 3 different stations. My inspection could be done with quality in less than 40 minutes if you were properly staffed. One thing that can be improved (lends into being short staffed), is not checking in more cars while your bay is full. I understand how getting people in the lounge quickly might be considered good customer service, however, it might be better to get people out sooner. This location is great and they all deserve a raise.

  Went for simple nys inspection. No other cars outside in line. Just me. They kept me waiting and kept taking other people as they pulled in and actually moved my car back behind others who clearly came after me... 80 minutes later they finally got to me. Terrible service. No explanation given. When I asked kid just said "I dont know why". Then, the inspection sticker applied totally crooked, and gobs of old glue…

  left. Really? Very bad management. Sucked.

  Melinda and her team did an outstanding job today. We have been getting our cars inspected there for 15 years. Got inspection done , replaced wipers, new bulbs and a great once over down to the tire pressure.Super friendly staff , fast, thorough and most of all many smiles.Thank you and see you again soon.

  I will say it was quick and easy! I was finished with oil change, air filter channged in the cabin and under the hood. Topped of antifreeze and I was fine in about 20 to 25 mins!! I’m happy with the service!!! I would recommend and I will use there services and get a free car wash on site by Hoffmann car wash!! Deal for me and car is running. Great150k miles.

  Went on a Monday during the day for a last minute inspection and an oil change. Looked online and found a $10 off coupon for the oil change. Took about an hour total. Received free car wash via text. Had questions regarding other services that Hoffman’s provides but there was never a cashier in the waiting area unless someone was getting cashed out. The only people in the waiting area were customers. There were at…

  least 4 other people working in the bays doing inspections and I was the only oil change. I was happy with my service and the fact that they got me in and out in an hour. They did forget to put the cover back on the fuse compartment and left it on my dashboard, but I put it back on before I drove away. Other customers were talking and complaining about the time they had spent there and that they were not satisfied with their interactions with the employees taking care of their vehicles and 2 said they would not be going back there. I’ll definitely be back for my free car wash and I wanna find out about exterior car detailing.

  Just stopped by to get Hubby’s inspection done & LIKE EVERY TIME…this team is amazing! Always greeted with a smile, they offer other services but never feel awkward pressure! The entire team is friendly & crazy to say…I enjoy visiting! We always return for our oil changes…etc! Thank you for being amazing.
