  His positive attitude and willingness to help turned what can often be a stressful process into one that was enjoyable. He made us feel like valued customers from the moment we walked in. Although there was an unexpected issue with completing the financing paperwork, it was not Kia's fault. Instead of asking us to make another 45-minute trip to the dealership, they went above and beyond by sending someone all the way to our home, out in the middle of nowhere, to complete everything. Martha has checked in on my to ensure that I am still enjoying my car and updated me about my impending oil change. Martha was so helpful during my car search journey.
