  If you value your car, time or money don’t go here. I brought my car in cause I could smell burning oil after driving it. They said they couldn’t find any place the oil was leaking but that I did need 3 wheel bearings. Quoted me $1600. It was an outright lie. I went to another mechanic, nothing wrong with my wheel bearings. He immediately found the oil leak and showed it to me. Pretty hard to miss. Also right after…

  leaving Mavis - not even 15 minutes - my muffler was roaring. Never had a problem with it before. They clearly exude the misogynistic belief that women cannot know anything about cars and have no problem making off hand gaslighting remarks when I brought the problem up to them. I’ll never go here again, and I was on my way to becoming a fairly regular customer.

  I have always gotten great service from Mavis. Randy is the best. Took my car into have rear brakes looked at, turns out they were really bad. They had to replace from calibers out. They were quick as always and. If you want quick, honest service, give them a call!

  Horrible customer service from Vinny. I was made to wait while he made phone calls. There was a woman standing next to him doing nothing and awkwardly said hello when I greeted her. I told Vinny I would like to sit down and for him to let me know when he was finished. He didnt. All he had to do was take my name and my keys. Then I was told that my old change would cost more, $85, which I could have been informed…

  when I made the appointment by phone. I also bought four new tires here previously pand they didn't replace any of the valve stems. I kept loosing air pressure and went back to Mavis twice for valve stems replacements before they informed me they never replace valve stems (nor inform their customer). Im usually quite loyal but Ill never go back there again. I went elsewhere for an oil change where they were efficient, friendly, and respectful. A nice change.

  Excellent work and friendly staff did not know what to expect when I had a clunking sound and was told different things that could be wrong when it comes to find out I needed new struts that were replaced by another shop a year ago and they were faulty.
