  Edit. You absolutely did speak to me and told me you didnt have a computer to track your work. You did a number of things maintenance wise on my Nissan Rouge including 300 to change my spark plugs due to their location. Appx 1500 of work the last time. The battery cost 300. I asked you about the warranty because the battery itself had no nunber for me to contact napa. Instead of making absurd comments you need to…

  seriously get your crap together. You have no computer system? Sure. Straight lie. You did not honor the warranty tried to convince me to drop my car off overnight and no. Red flag. Another well known mechanic is the one who told me you put a refurbished battery and it leaked. Obviously you had this conversation or I wouldn't know you dont keep records correctly. Seriously not ok. We have been doing business with your family for literal decades. Absolutely awful. My car came back with the computer messed up Nissan charged me 1200. The new battery you installed died 3 months after installation. Called for a replacement he apparently doesn't keep records of his warranty work. You have to have the receipt which forget it my father loses everything. And of course is highly illegal. Had it swapped out and was told it failed and wss refurbished. I paid for top of the line New. I paid him 1350 for work and he did 1500 in damages. This is not his father nor does he have his father's integrity. Avoid this shop.

  Response from the owner · March 23, 2026: I don't remember talking to you about this , you never came to the shop or had the car towed. Every battery has a date stamped on it to tell how old it is . We buy our batteries from napa and are not refurbished. A died battery doesn't make the ecm fail . Maybe when you tried jump starting it you arched something and fried the ecm. There is no way I would of charged you $1300 for a battery. I stand behind all the work I do . No matter what.

  I had brought my vehicle to this repaiir shop previously and attempted to have my vehicle serviced there again but was told they could not get to it for a week. I had the work done somewhere else and when Anthony (The owner of the shop) realized this, HE REFUSED TO INSPECT MY VEHICLE. This type of pettiness & unprofessionalism is a RED FLAG.   WARNING: Do not, under any circumstances, rent a U-Haul from this place if you need it on a weekend. They are closed Saturday and Sunday, which means that if the person who rents the vehicle before you returns it late on Friday, you won’t be able to pick it up on Saturday ~ and you’ll wind up completely screwed on your moving day. But hey, it’s not like most people move on the weekend, right?
