  when I bring my Volvo to their facility I smile because I am in good hands with the candid trustworthy assessments by Service Advisor, Sean Munro. Yes. I travel 40 miles from Rockaway Beach, Queens to Huntington Volvo in Long Island for great service and more so for a Service Advisor, Sean Munro, that I trust with my 2020 s90 Volvo R-Design!!!!!

  I'm giving them an extra star because I can't speak to the in-person experience, but I would not recommend this dealership if you're buying from out of state. I made seven calls over a two-week period and received only one callback. When I mentioned to Jonathan that I planned to pay cash, his enthusiasm noticeably dropped. I got the impression they were more interested in financing customers, or perhaps they simply…

  didn't want to deal with the extra paperwork involved in an out-of-state sale. Either way, after three weeks of waiting—and without ever negotiating the asking price—the car was sold to someone else. I'm still waiting for that second callback…

He was professional, & knowledgeable, but when my “ new” (less than a week)car’s dashboard lii up & I reached out to him, he stop responding to my messages, so sad!
