  Unfortunately I’ve had enough of this place. This is my second car shop on middle country road that robbed me and took advantage of me, a woman who knows little about cars. I paid $600 for coils and spark plugs to be replaced (totally overpriced but since my check engine light was blinking and car was shaking I had to settle for it). Had to come back a second time because of the same problem I had the first time,…

  just to leave the shop after the second time and still have the same problem! I’ve paid for rental cars to travel to work just for my car to have the same exact issues it did when it first arrived. They’re response is always “oh I don’t know what’s wrong with it bring it back and we’ll check it out” and they will keep it for the whole day, if not overnight, play around with the car and give it back to you with the same issues after being reset. This isn’t the first time this has happened, about a year and a half ago it was the same scheme. I just never went back to give them the opportunity to fix it “again”. How am I bringing you a car and you “don’t know what’s going on with it”? The whole thing about replacing the pieces with a different brand the second time around is bogus because another car shop down middle country Road did the same exact thing to me except it was a $1500 job! Don’t waste your time and money on this place. They are playing games intentionally and i think the majority of the shops on middle country road will do the same. I’m definitely going to file a report on this establishment.

  Was recommend by the great guys at Autoland USA, they were very accommodating and very friendly. They were able to get me in and out quickly despite the fact they were very busy. The prices are fair and reasonable. They also do warranty work. This is a real auto mechanic shop not some flashy chain. Would highly recommend.

  Brought them my car to do the front and rear valve cover gaskets, but I tried to save myself money and bought the gaskets myself, Durlast from Autozone. Well, I screwed myself doing that, and they screwed me too. They didn’t put it back together properly and now, less than a year later, they expect me to pay for it again. I brought it back in and they slapped some sealant on it, put it together properly and told me…

  thats all they can do, and to come back to get it redone and they’ll charge me. I am furious! I have been coming here for YEARS and have had no issues, now they cant put the engine back together properly! Am I supposed to check every job they do, that they did it right? Aren’t they the mechanics?? I am a single mom working 3 jobs and the oil leaked all over my starter AND my alternator that I just replaced a year ago!!! Now my car broke down in the middle of winter and Im left with nothing. Im scraping pennies together meanwhile they're nickel and diming me. DO NOT GO HERE!   The woman at the front desk has the NASTIEST attitude of anyone I have ever encountered in a buisness setting. This place does faulty repairs and if you bring your car here it will be serviced by a nasty know it all. They have been reported to the DMV multiple times, will be investigated and hopefully shut down. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE, you have been warned.
