  As a mechanic myself, I’ve always had a negative view on dealerships. Josh solivan helped me change my mindset on dealerships. Atleast this one. I brought my car in for a warranty job, he was honest with what my car needed, didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. Was pleasant to deal with over phone and text. I appreciate it Josh!

  Thank you to Brandon D. and the team for getting my car back to working order! Service was fast, thorough, and I was consistently kept in the loop about diagnostics, cost, and timeframe. They even set me up with a loaner vehicle so I could still get to work in the meantime! They went above and beyond to make this a great experience.

  What an amazing experience I had there with my family. My tire pressure icon went off just after passing the service department, was able to turn around and they took me in right away, my tire completely flat when I got in. In 25 minutes I was on the road again, they had a loaner available! Everyone was so kind, patient and helpful. Having to take a carseat out, stroller and everything else, we felt very at ease…

  Shout out to South Shore Subaru Service. I bought a used 2019 Outback from their sales department and have been using their service department since my purchase. I’ve been at least 5 times and I’m impressed each time. It’s still within a year of my purchase and I’ve not paid for an oil change, received complimentary loaner cars, and a free NYS inspection, which I apparently get for the life of the car. Last few…

  times, Celenia has been my service advisor. She is very kind and informative, she knows her job well. Lisa, at the cashier desk is always smiling and willing to help. Usually, I don’t like going to dealership for service , but South Shore Subaru got it right. I’m very impressed and will continue to return. Thank you.

  Josh Solivan, service, is great and has been nothing short of professional and courteous time and time again. I make every service appointment through him and I never have any worries going to the appointment alone, as a female.
