  The only reason this dealership is receiving 4 out of 5 stars is because of the sales department. Otherwise, I would have rated it a 3-star experience. However, I am very happy with my purchase of my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee, which is why I decided to give it 4 stars. The sales experience was positive, and I love my vehicle. My only concern is that the service department could provide better customer assistance,…

  communication, and overall support. Improving the service experience would make a big difference and would easily earn a higher rating from me in the future. Overall, I’m satisfied with my purchase and appreciate the dealership’s efforts, but there is definitely room for improvement in the service department.

  Called Sarah at Security about 2 months ago regarding a car advertised on their website. Set an appointment and met with Salesman Nico who was on the ball about what I wanted. Michael the sales manager was also a pleasure to deal with. Jonathan, the Sales Consultant was happy to see I still have the 2009 Ram he customized 17 years ago. Love the car, great overall experience.
