  Really bad experience with trying to purchase a Hyundai Sonata from the Hyundai side of the dealership. First their website is misleading, the dealer discount is not actually a discount. It is a $1995 down payment which is hidden at the bottom in fine print, and requires in-house financing (which is illegal and shady by the way to force the customer to do so). On top of that, they then do not negotiate on the price…

  after being deceiving on the vehicle (ie that the vehicle was Certified, when it was in fact not). Second, their sales rep named Raj was very aggressive and unprofessional. Very snarky behavior and rushed the entire process of testing the car. Has no consideration for the customer and is just trying to make as much profit as possible with limiting the down payment, not paying for certification fee, and forcing in-house financing. With their cost basis of probably $21-22k from trade-in or Auction, they're trying to gouge $10,000 in profit for a car that's been sitting on the lot for 4 months. A little bit surprised he hasn't been fired yet, but seeing how the finance manager wouldn't even bother stepping out to explain why the car was valued that much, I see where the trash culture comes from. Trash dealership, bam.

  This is my first time here. I had just purchased a car. I'm excited, just not happy with the process of having to sit 2hrs just for paper work. I wish everything was done before I got here. Nice place. I did all the finances with my bank, so it shouldn't take too long. Not happy but I am happy that I was able to purchase a car at a good price.

  Stole out of my car when I brought it in for service. The valet, who made me pull my own car up the ramp tried lying in my face saying maybe my item was sucked into the vacuum .. they didn’t vacuum my car. There was still leaves on the floor, and the item was in a Glass container with the top on it.
