While I was just looking for some basic pricing info on a 2026 Maverick, I was forced into a nearly 2 hour ordeal of sales pitches. I left frustrated and considered going with strictly online purchases but as Newins was along my way home, I decided to stop in. I was immediately greeted by friendly staff upon entering the dealership and the front…

  desk quickly set me up with Victor. He was no BS, upfront and answered all my questions. In less than 5 minutes he handed me a printout of the pricing on the vehicle I was interested in clearly showing the price, fees and taxes. I have NEVER seen this in another dealership. In fact, I have walked out of several after they refused to even write down a price. I returned a day later, put a deposit on it and spoke with Joe in Financing. Again no BS. No pushing for add-ons and extras and again was handed a printout with things like extended warranty info and options I might be interested in with ZERO pressure. When I looked to pick up the vehicle earlier than we had agreed on Victor accommodated my request and we finalized everything in record breaking time. My experience from initially walking in the door to driving my new truck off the lot was absolutely nothing less than a pleasure. Highly recommend Newins and highly recommend speaking with Victor if you are interested in purchasing a new vehicle. This dealership should be the model for ALL other dealerships.
