  I had a very disappointing experience with Medford Fast Lube and would strongly advise others to think twice before bringing their vehicle here. I went in for a battery charging issue, and from the start it was clear the staff lacked experience. I had to repeat the problem multiple times, and they kept suggesting unrelated issues before eventually admitting those weren’t the cause. It felt like I was the one…

  explaining how to diagnose the car rather than the other way around. They ultimately told me the problem was the starter and quoted me for a 4-hour labor job. I agreed, but what happened next was frustrating. After the part arrived, I personally watched the installation—and it took no more than 15 minutes. When I questioned why I was being charged for 4 hours of labor, the owner’s response was simply, “it is what it is.” No explanation, no accountability. To make matters worse, when I got home, the car had the exact same issue as before. The problem was never fixed. So now I’m out $850 for a repair that didn’t solve anything. This place seems to have inexperienced staff and questionable business practices. Instead of properly diagnosing the issue, it felt like they were just trying to push a repair to make a quick profit. Even when I pointed out the discrepancy in labor time, the owner showed no concern. It’s already difficult to find honest and reliable service centers, and unfortunately, this is not one of them.

  I usually change my oil myself, but we just gave birth to newborn. so I figured I’d give this place a try. The service was good unfortunately when I got home, I smelled oil looked under the car realized it was oil dripping all over the driveway. I realized that the oil filter wasn’t on tight enough.

  I went in for a simple oil change and was told it would cost $90. After the service was already done, they suddenly changed the price to $115 without properly explaining why. I handed them $120, and instead of giving my change back or showing any professionalism, the woman at the front loudly said ‘you all set’ and dismissed me. The customer service here was honestly terrible rude, aggressive, and unprofessional.…

  I don’t mind paying for good service, but the way customers are treated here is unacceptable. If you decide to come here, be very careful about pricing and how they speak to customers. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

They found a defective part with my car's oil tray and the owner, Carmine, came out and explained it to me & discussed solutions.
