The Mavis of east northport has been spectacular! I’ve been a frequent flyer for quite some time and I must say they go above and beyond every single time, it can feel intimidating as a woman to walk into a mechanic shop as a woman but they have earned my complete trust. I came to this tire shop with a damaged wheel on a standard rental BMW X5 and received shockingly rude treatment. Instead of helping, the staff mocked me for driving a BMW, made sarcastic comments about me parking “too close” because it was an “expensive car,” and acted completely unprofessional. Then they claimed my tire size “doesn’t exist,” said they don’t stock it, that it would take 3 days, and that they were…
not willing to work on it. This place felt more like harassment than customer service, especially toward a woman simply asking for help with her car. Extremely rude and disrespectful experience.

I've been coming to this Mavis for everything from tires to oil changes to brakes and pads, etc for at least 6 years now. Eric has been in this east Northport location that whole time. He and his crew give white glove service every time. Great service, great prices, and will always do their best for the customer. I would never go anywhere else!
