  equally impressive, walking us through every detail with patience and zero pressure. The combination of those two alone is reason enough to come back. The facility itself is exactly what you would expect from a Lexus dealership -- clean, modern showroom with a well-stocked lot, comfortable guest area with water and coffee, and a service department that is clearly well-organized. The finance team was refreshingly straightforward: no unnecessary add-ons pushed at closing, no games with numbers, just a clean and honest process. Price negotiation was fair and reasonable. For anyone on Long Island in the market for a Lexus, I would not look anywhere else. Highly recommended across the board.

  The Manager (the best this dealership ever had, even though he’s a NJ Devils fan), never misses a moment to connect and chat. His energy elevates the entire experience and makes each visit feel like a VIP delivery. And I saved Krista for last because she's in her own lane! She rolls out the red carpet every time! She's funny, detail-oriented, genuinely caring, and she just gets my bougie style; helping me pick out interior colors that fit the classy look I aim for.
