  I write this review reluctantly, as I am a business owner myself, but I feel the owner may not be aware of the experience we encountered. My business partner delivered a client’s car to Kudricks after confirming all alignment adjustment points were free and operable. The shop advised us to drop it off and said it would be completed by the end of the day. Four days later—after we called to follow up—we were told the…

  car was finished and the bill was $274. When I asked why the cost was so high, the response was simply that the job was “a pain,” something never communicated during those four days. When I arrived, the advisor’s demeanor suggested he was uninterested in assisting, though he eventually acknowledged me. Upon asking again about the cost, I was told the car “needed a bunch of work”, “all 4 wheels needed to be adjusted.” I requested an alignment sheet for our client, but was told it couldn’t be provided because the printer was broken and that I “should have asked when dropping it off.” After settling the bill, the car was brought around, and I immediately noticed the right rear tire was nearly flat. I limped the car back to our shop, and the tire measured only 8 psi. Fortunately, our usual alignment specialist returned from surgery the following week and was able to realign the vehicle properly, camber caster toe on all 4 wheels.

  Ricky was Very honest and helpful. Im here for work, My home is 15hrs away. I went to leave for work on a Wednesday morning and my Tundra would not crank. I made 1 call to Ricky, Next thing I know my truck is getting Towed to his shop. By the time I got off work on Thursday. My Tundra was complete.(1day). Thank you again Kudricks Auto Repair.   I had gotten the name of this shop from a few people in the Holbrook area that had said if I was looking for a new go-to auto repair shop that stands by quality work, reliability, and honesty, that I don't have to look any further than Kudrick's.   automobile needs. First, there are plenty of spots to park- either in front of the building, behind it, or in a lot off to the left. You can see that there's a lot of work being done there, along with plenty of mechanics tending to vehicles in every bay with a car/truck on a lift. I brought my car there at 7:30am this Monday morning and there were already mechanics there getting work done. To my surprise, I received a call about an hour and a half later, not only with the diagnosis of my car issue- but that they had actually fixed the small problem by tightening a few bolts AND didn't charge me to correct the small problem! Any auto shop that I would've used in the past could've gotten back to me at the end of the day, or charged me $200 to tighten those screws, but the honesty, and quick service of Kudrick's got me back on the road that morning by 10am.
