I trusted the finance department, who processed a loan with Chase "at the best rate available" and didn't discuss or show me my…

  options or provide an opportunity to review documents. They put me into a 7.99% loan with Chase at a time when I was pre-approved by Chase directly at a significantly lower rate. I was surprised by this unbecoming behavior. Be warned.

  Incredible. I was easily able to negotiate a certified pre-owned vehicle that was well priced (great value on CARFAX already). Rich Cappetta was awesome and everything was done electronically. They even helped line up a transporter to move the car. Highly recommend.

  I had a wonderful experience at this dealership . RICHARD Cappetta my salesman was absolutely outstanding. Very knowledgeable, friendly and I appreciated his genuine attitude. There was absolutely no pressure or typical sales pitches. The rest of the staff was warm and friendly. I felt very comfortable at this dealership.   Like any luxury car dealership usually the cars speak for themselves, but the Sales agent can ruin your experience. However in this case, Richard Cohen was EXCEPTIONAL! My particular deal had a ton of moving parts, and it took around a month to complete. Richard was never frustrated. Anytime I had a question or concern he was accessible and responded very quickly.   Purchased certified pre-owned Jaguar F-pace. Great experience from start to finish. Our salesman Kevin was great! Very knowledgeable and professional. Michael, who went over the car at time of delivery was great as well! He went over every button in the car and answered any questions we had. I highly recommend this dealership. Ask for Kevin.
