  Overall, I’m very pleased with the process of purchasing a vehicle at Habberstad. The process of negotiating a fair price for the new BMW as well as my trade in went smoothly and with no surprises.   I had a bit of a rollercoaster experience at Habberstad BMW, but in the end, they earned a 5-star review. Initially, I wasn’t planning on rating them this high. There was a frustrating situation with the BDC department where a car I had already been approved for was sold to someone else while I was literally in the showroom after I drove many hours for this specific vehicle. That said, Keiran completely turned the…

  situation around. The moment he found out what happened, he jumped into action and went above and beyond working with me tirelessly to make something happen. Not only did he fix the situation, but I actually ended up leaving with a much nicer car than I originally came in for at a price I genuinely don’t think could be beaten. To top it off, the General Manager, I believe his name was Muhammad, personally reached out to me a few weeks later to follow up and apologize. That level of accountability and customer care really stood out and meant a lot. The car itself has been great overall. exactly what I was hoping for aside from the rear tires being a bit worn down, but it’s whatever. All in all, while the experience didn’t start perfectly the way the team handled it - especially Keiran and management completely changed my perspective.
