  My family and I have been giving this Firestone business for 4 decades since Jimmy had owned it. Sad to say under this new ownership and horrible team that they have. These guys attempted to get me for 4 new tires when I only needed two because of pot hole damage. Would not trust them. Sad

We did not perform any work on your vehicle but conducted an examination at your request. After identifying a bubble on one tire and significant wear on the others, we recommended replacing all four.   I am giving 1 start review because they don’t know how to do the job and take responsibility when they made the mistake. I recently had timing belt replacement at this location on 12/30/25 with few other belts replacement for my car Hyundai Elantra Within 2 days of installation my car started making noice whenever I hit the gas padel. I notified the receptionist (Rafiel and his team) and I left the car for entire…

  day and they told me they fixed it. When I pick up my car the noice was still coming up and informed Rafiel about this and he told me his team checked everything and couldn’t find any issue and told me to drive the car for few miles and noice should go away but my point is then what did they fixed when they told me. However I let this go and trust his word and drew the car for almost 300miles and noice is still coming up so I went there again and waited almost 4hr and Rafiel told me the same thing and asked me to come back again in early morning so they can check the car again fully. I went to this store more than 4 times and I got the same answer. I asked the other Firestone location to diagnose the issue and their recommendation was to re install the timing belt again and quoted me for $700. I paid central Islip Firestone $800 for the job which they didn’t do it properly and neither they offer me refund for their poor work. After this I don’t recommend this store for any type of car work. If you customer like me I recommend to choose different store or location.
