  going for a ride in my car with the Technician to try and identify a noise they could not hear. When on the ride, I could not hear it either. His passion for perfection in his work shined though. In speaking to him, he took pride in working at Bright Bay. He explained that Bright Bay does not accept sub-standard work. They want everything to be perfect.... always!   I purchased a vehicle from Bright Bay Dec 17. 2025 today is January 7 2026 and I have not received my vehicle thru transport. The dealership told me 7 days for delivery. We are on day 16. Bright Bay has no way to track the vehicle or provide any updates. I guess because I didn't offer a down payment or buy an extended warranty they have decided to not care. Although my bank transferred the funds on Dec. 18…

  for the entire price of the vehicle. When I ran the title check before purchasing i learned that they bought the vehicle from an auction for approx 15K less than what they sold it for. In my opinion they made plenty of money. If you are out of state don't trust this car dealership to monitor transport. Do it yourself. If I had read a post like this before I purchased the vehicle I would not have.

Your deal was finalized before the holidays and paty of the delay was waiting for your paperwork to come to us. Further delays in delivery was attributable to shipping the week of christmans and new year. Normally Shipments to texas take a little over a week due to logistics. Whats more troubling to us is your statement regarding the history of your new Genesis. It was was never purchaed from and auction, it was traded locally for a new Lincoln. Contrary to your statement we made far less than 1/4 of that. The Price you paid was less CARFAX retail. We hope your enjoying your new, Car It is a beauty!
