  Brought my car in to get an alinement The lift brought while the car was in the air waited about 1hour 45 min for a tow truck to come so they can get my car down and put it in the other bay Not only did they do the alinement perfectly but they were honest and discounted the job to nothing for my trouble they were so great and polite I will be going back to get more work done to both my cars

  In the almost 20 years that I’ve had to get car inspections done, this was literally the fastest I have ever gotten one completed. Everyone was super nice & helpful. There are tons of staff there ready to get anything done. Definitely A++. Will be my go-to location for the foreseeable future.

  Asked for an inspection done and a courtesy check to see if it was driven enough miles to be ready. The shop said it wasn’t and for me to drive it more. I agreed and stated for them to not run the inspection since the car is not ready yet and they said this was OK. However upon picking up the car I found out they ran the inspection anyway and failed it with the reason being not ready, which we knew and discussed as…

  the reason not to run it. Them running the inspection knowing it was not ready when I asked them not to was against my rights as the vehicle owner and seemed to be a corrupt action taken to ensure they received an inspection charge. I’ve been getting many cars inspected since I was 17 and I’ve never encountered a mechanic or inspection shop that proceed to run an inspection when asked not to. The whole point of the readiness check is to not run the inspection until the car has been driven enough miles after a battery change or code reset. This was extremely unethical and I wouldn’t trust anyone in this shop ever. Go somewhere else, any local mechanic or gas station with a garage has to be better.

  We had been coming here for years as Gus is a family friend but never again. Car was brought in for a routine valve cover gasket and window regulator, I'll include the details and corroborating pictures taken by a professional BMW Tech below but for those that just want a quick summary, here it is: Gus lied about the parts and services he provided. The ABS module was used and never programmed to my car (he charged…

  $1500 for this). Engine was leaking more oil than before, oil was never cleaned as per normal gasket installation, vacuum hoses were broken during installation but never replaced. Oil drain plug was stripped and sheared when it was reinstalled, came out in 2 pieces due to being clearly over-torqued. Oil pan was still leaking. Widow regulator incorrectly installed resulting in scrapping, non-genuine regulator installed resulting in faulty operation. Gus denied everything when confronted with the evidence and laughed at me when I requested we discuss a refund. He was unprofessional and mocked me on the phone, hung up repeatedly and ignored my texts (pictures below). He had the car over a week longer than he quoted and even after I had proof of the used parts and terrible work, he insisted that I bring the car back to him again... Awful service, extremely late execution, terrible communication, and zero quality, and value. Pictures attached include the report from the certified BMW technician I had to pay for, the diagnostic output showing the ABS module was used and not coded to my car and the texts to Gus about all the issues. The rest just show the state my car was in after paying him over $3000. I have trouble believing these positive reviews as I know a lot of people that had very bad experiences but none of them take the time to review. I couldn't let him keep doing this to people and I hope I can help some of you avoid this nightmare. Just go somewhere else, anywhere else.
