  This morning, we were ready to make our 3rd purchase from a Bath location. Showed up and walked in lobby. Phones were ringing and not a soul around. 25 minutes rolled by with us standing there and nothing. Saw some of the office staff behind lightly mirrored glass and noone came out. Finally walked over and waved at the windows and they offered to page someone. We waited and got approached by two guys securely…

  holding those dunkin cups. Approached us and abruptly asked us what we needed. Not the service I expected. Found out that they car was at another lot that was an hour and half away. Raggedy attitude and beards that are far from filling in. We ended up going to the other lot and Spectacular service. We entered the Halstead location and was greeted by Tristan and he had everything prepared for us. Clean cut, smiling and has a nicely trimmed beard. He went above and beyond to help us. He had three customers on deck and was hustling to help them all. Our review for the halstead location will reflect the great service. Thank you for treating us like we were bothering your coffee break and making us go elsewhere and meeting some really great SR staff. Still waiting for a message back from my inquiry.

  We recently leased a Terrain from the dealership. The entire transaction was by phone with Colton in sales. It was quick, fair and easy.   I have no issues with the service department at Simmons Rockwell Chevrolet. Tracey and Ryan are the reps that usually have to deal with me. They are always helpful and polite. My issues are with the product. I bought a 2025 equinox on 10/14/ 2024. I've had more problems with this vehicle in a year and a half than I had with my 2006 used Trailblazer in fifteen year.
