  This is the first time I have gone to a car wash and they don’t throw out the garbage in the car. That was the start of the horrible wash I got today. Next there was still mud all over my car that they didn’t wash and after showing the workers they looked and walked away like it was nothing. I never post reviews about anything but seriously stay away from this wash. You pay and don’t get what your paying for.…

  Came for a car wash exterior only with tire applicator on 11/4/2025 It’s cute and simple old school setup. Friendly staff and a nice interior store. Sadly though it failed on every level for the purpose of coming here. The car wash left filthy covered in dirt I had to ask to me removed. That means they skimp on the soap. But it gets worse. Areas of the car weren’t even touched by the spinning mops. The front…

  windshield more than half the middle was caked in its original dirt. Checked from the inside to made sure. Then I watched as the guy who applied applicator to my tires didn’t wipe dry the tires first. So they water down the products used and don’t even use that’s left properly. I’m sure some simple adjustments and this place can get back to washing cars with basic expectations. It’s hard enough finding the right crew and keeping them, getting good prices on product and paying for all that water. But if you’re going to offer this service then do it. That’s my opinion. I’ll try them back after the winter to see if things have changed. For page ave Tottenville patrons this was honesty a bit shocking to experience.

  If I could have given a 0 * I would have went for an oil change that gives you a free car wash the oil change cost $46 which anywhere else would have been the price of an oil change and a car wash so there is nothing free here. The car wash was absolutely awful had to have the guy re clean half the car and he was annoyed which is baffling if my arm was long enough to reach into the tip cup I would have taken back…

  the money I put in there I would never revisit this establishment again. Do not waste your time or your money here this is officially the worst gas station in the world price for gas is astronomical and the car wash you could do a better job spitting on your car and the men will not clean but you pay for them to clean they get annoyed with you when you point out all the dirt and they walk away and ignore you and there are no refunds folks stay away

  Worst place ever, they leave all the trash inside the car i paid the $30 deluxe. The car looks like didn't even got cleaned. Never back again

  ZERO STARS !!!! DO NOT GO!!!!! I went for an oil change and car wash. After I pulled out of the car wash I realized my wipers weren’t working but I was in a rush so I called immediately let them know I won’t be able to come back until after the weekend and explained they knew exactly which car I was and said it wouldn’t be a problem whenever I come back they’ll haven’t noted and fix the wipers. I called again the…

  following day to remind them and got the same response. when I finally came back, I was greeted nicely by one young man then another rude man saying he’s the supervisor came to the car and instead of trying to just fix the issue and check the issue. He immediately started insinuating that I’m lying that my wipers broke elsewhere and I have no proof that it was them although I had my receipt a video five minutes after I left their shop proof a video that my wipers were working the day before because it rains that entire week and proof that I called and told them immediately after as well, and he was still rude and not helpful at all. A couple of weeks later, my car started having issues. I went to four different mechanics to see if anyone had different opinions, and they all said that whatever oil was used was very cheap and my car is rattling because they didn’t do a good oil change and use cheap oil and I would need another oil change immediately. Now, obviously, I should go back and get my money back or get a free oil change but being that the supervisor is the one in charge disrespectful and not helpful and they provide horrible service. I rather just pay to go elsewhere. Also keep in mind when I went to AutoZone to fix my wipers, they said it was a two minute fix that just needed to be tightened and that they could have done that at the car wash. Also, while I was there, there was another woman there saying that she went for oil change there, and it completely messed up her car as well.
