  The store on Staten Island NY, Forest Ave. Why does the waiting area look so dirty? I was at a New Jersey location the waiting area was so very nice & clean.   I scheduled my set of Cooper tires online since there was a special with buy 3 get 4th free. It was s good price along with the extra protection on the tires. I scheduled this 2 days prior, arrived and was told they do not have my appointment in the system even though I showed them my email confirmation. Then they had to reenter my appointment but the set of tires I asked for was not available. So I had to…

  Although their services is good, my wait time was too much. I set my appointment at the earliest knowing I will get the service right away. I came at 7:45am and I got my car at 3pm. It was disappointing that they accommodated another person who's scheduled after my appointment. Is it because I'm Asian that's why you guys accommodated the white guy first? So frustrating.
