  I had a great experience with this Meineke and wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service I received, especially from Lewis in the front office. My repair involved working with CarShield, which can sometimes be a frustrating and lengthy claims process. Lewis stayed on top of everything from start to finish. He communicated with me every step of the way, handled the back-and-forth with CarShield…

  professionally, and made sure the claim kept moving forward despite the delays. He was patient, understanding, responsive, and always professional, which made a stressful situation much easier. Once the claim was finally approved, the team got my vehicle repaired and ready quickly, allowing me to pick it up before my 7-day rental coverage expired. That level of efficiency really made a difference. After several less-than-great experiences with dealerships and other repair shops over the years, this was a refreshing change. Sometimes it’s the people behind the scenes who make all the difference, and Lewis definitely did.
