  Walked in at around 1:15 in the afternoon and specifically asked for an oil change and a tire rotation. After waiting for over 1.5 hours, front desk informed me that I didn't ask for a tire rotation and it only did the oil change. Since they close at 4, I asked them to do the tire rotation as I previously instructed them to do. They refused to do same without an explanation. They had plenty of time to do same. So…

  instead of accommodating this good customer, she accused me of lying 5 times to her. She could have said I didn't hear you, and we will do it now. But instead she said to come back tomorrow when the place had several hours befoe closing time and there was absolutely no other customer there. The arrogance of these people is shocking. What ever happened to the customer is always right? After being called a liar 5 consecutive tines, I did lose my cool, but it doesn't take away from how badly this long attending customer was treated. This place has been going down in recent times, always short staffed with the mechanics.

  I was truly shocked by this repair shop. A car on the highway dropped nails, which punctured my vehicle and caused all four of my tires to go flat. With no other choice, I went to the nearest repair shop—this one. However, just two days after the repair, the tires started leaking air again. Here’s why I am convinced this was caused by the shop: 1. After the repair, I never drove the car back on the highway where…

  the nails were originally encountered. 2. Three nails were found in the tire, identical to the ones on the highway, and all of them were located on the sidewall—places that cannot be seen unless the tire is removed. Three nails is extremely suspicious. The probability of even one nail puncturing the sidewall is very low. 3. I then went to another repair shop. They took only a quick look and told me that the damage appeared to be intentional. This was my first and last visit to this shop. My family, relatives, and friends will never go there either！ If you are ever forced to have your tires repaired at this shop, make sure to carefully inspect every part of your tires before leaving！

  Brought my car in because it was having trouble starting. I paid $100 for a diagnostic. The mechanic told me verbally — both in person and over the phone — that the MAP sensor was the issue and even asked if I wanted to do the repair for $300. I replaced the MAP sensor myself and — surprise — the problem wasn’t fixed at all. I took the car to another mechanic, who correctly diagnosed the real issue, which had…

  nothing to do with the MAP sensor. So not only did they misdiagnose the issue, but I also wasted time and money following their bad advice. When I called Guys Tire Buys back to let them know, they completely denied everything — said they never told me the MAP sensor was the issue, never gave me a quote, nothing. Total gaslighting. It’s shady and dishonest. Here’s the kicker — the invoice literally says “MAP sensor reading 14.55 with engine off.” When I asked why that was included if they “never said the MAP sensor was the problem,” they replied, “That’s just what our scanner showed.” Really? Then why include that one reading and nothing else? Why highlight that — unless you were trying to justify your bad diagnosis later? Also, 14.55 PSI is normal for a MAP sensor with the engine off. Either they don’t know that, or they hoped I didn’t. They also wrote on the invoice that I came in to “check the starter.” That’s a joke. Why would anyone pay $100 to check a starter when any auto parts store will do it for free? Even worse, they had my car for around 7 hours, and I had to call twice just to get an update. No proactive communication. No courtesy call. Just radio silence until I followed up. And finally, the woman at the front desk was just as bad — rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. Talked down to me, and acted like it was my fault for asking questions. Total clown behavior. This place is either grossly incompetent or intentionally deceptive — neither is acceptable. I’d strongly recommend staying away unless you enjoy throwing away your money and getting lied to when things go wrong.
