  I recently had two nails in my passenger side tires, one in the front and one in the back and I stopped in and they had both tires fixed in under 30 minutes. Really great to work with, and an even better price! I’m sure I’ll be back with another nail soon because the Staten Island roads suck! Thanks for great service, highly recommend. Matt was super helpful!

  Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Always in and out quick. They have very affordable pricing on repairs. They tell you what you need and what looks like you will need in the not so far future. Allows you to get what needs to be done finished and a heads up of repairs that will be needed in the futures.   Came here to loosen bolts on my wheel, they said it would be a whole process and couldn’t do it in the moment, went to the Bronx and took care of it no problem, goes to show just because they are the closest and convenient doesn’t mean they would get the job done. Not saying they are bad people, but seemed they were scared to do what seemed so simple, and maybe their customer service can be better with a little less…

  sarcasm. Not all of them are bad at this place but if you go yourself, you would realize the 1 to 2 people who look like they are miserable and hate their job.

The vehicle was driven in to remove seized lug nuts, as BJ's tire department could not remove them. We tried and were able to get all off but two. Sometimes when attempting to remove seized lug nuts on European vehicles, it can sometimes lead to rim damage and or complications with the hub. We pride ourselves in explaining all scenarios and possible outcomes. I am happy to hear that you did not encounter any of these issues and that the nuts could be drilled out clean. I will speak to the crew to make sure they are more professional in the future.
