  I was on my way up north for a snowmobiling trip. I had a problem with the wheel on my truck pulled in there with no appointment. Ask them for help they made room and their very busy schedule.   Should have written this sooner, but better late than never. So many times we are quick to write negative comments about a person or business, but less likely to take the time to write a positive one.   time to join his dad in heaven. So we obviously had to get the car and pay for the estimate, upon arrival, explained to “Rick”, the owner of Walton's Auto Service, of why we were there. As the conversation progressed, told him what had happened to the beloved family member, Rick automatically explained that there was no charge for the estimate of the vehicle repair. We tried to pay for it, we were not there for a hand out. Rick was not having it, and was very adamant about not accepting any money for his time!!! So in closing, this owner and his business, is, in my opinion, one of the few people who makes me feel there is still some people who will choose decency over the all mighty dollar. Walton’s Auto Service and the owner Rick are a class act!! Thank you!!!

  I will not be returning. I made an appointment to have my breaks fixed and am inspection done and an HOUR AND A HALF later, I go to ask how much longer it will take because I need to work soon. They hadn't even started working on my car yet. I understand things might take longer than you expect, but to not even let me know and have me sitting there for that long is ridiculous. I do not see why they even schedule…
