Don't schedule appointments apparently. Weirdest garage experience I've ever had. Kept wanting to call back in a few hours. Got attitude. Never got in so I scheduled for whites which I've been recommended to many times. Way easier and more professional.

Seldom have I found a facility loaded with "new tech" equipment and following "old school" customer service techniques. Mike's truly one of the greatest examples of why "shop small" is such a critical strategy. You can have your customer lounges filled with leather recliners and piped in videos.
