  Henry who truly went above and beyond talking me through the features from a 2024 Rav4 and a 2026 Rav4, highlighting the differences and helping me identify what features were a dealbreaker. He spent several hours with me in person as well as phone calls and text messages back and forth, answering all of my questions without hesitation and always with a positive attitude. Ultimately I purchased a 2024 Rav4 and I couldn't be happier. Any worries I had about the stress and nuances of change went out the window. I truly love my new car and am very confident and happy about my purchase. I would highly recommend John Henry if you are looking to purchase from Lia Toyota. He is incredibly knowledgable, understanding, patient, and willing to truly get you into the car you are looking for.   I had a bit of a mixed experience initially, but I truly appreciate how the team handled everything in the end. From the start, the repair process itself was very efficient. After inspection, the required part was sourced within a day, and I was asked to bring the car in the very next day for the repair; that level of promptness was impressive.   me to get home, and once the car was ready, they again arranged transportation back to the service center, which I really appreciated. After the repair, when I picked up my car, I realized that my original air deflector for the panoramic sunroof was missing. When I returned, there was some initial confusion, and it took a bit of back-and-forth to clearly identify the issue. However, once I connected with the Fixed Operation Manager Rick Rugen, everything was handled seamlessly. He and the technician Chris understood the concern, took ownership, resolved everything the same evening and had the car ready for the pick up the following day. I also appreciated that a loaner vehicle was offered during the process. While there was a small hiccup, what truly stood out was the team’s responsiveness and willingness to make things right. That level of accountability and customer care goes a long way. Thank you to the entire Lia Toyota of Colonie team (service advisor, technician, and manager) for ensuring everything was resolved properly.

  I began my car shopping journey at a different dealership with a different brand car in mind. It was not welcoming or warm. I put a deposit on a car I liked because it seems this is just the way of sales business world. Turns out it wasn’t ready on the day I was supposed to pick it up so I decided to shop elsewhere in the meantime. At Lia Toyota I was met by Vincent Lia Jr. and his friendly nature was refreshing.…

  He listened to what I was looking for and walked me through the vehicles I had an interest in. He answered my questions and went as far as perusing inventory at other locations trying to find a good fit. The process was engaging and not overwhelming. I enjoyed it so much I pulled my deposit from the other dealership to buy a vehicle from him. He brought something to the car buying process that I’ve never experienced before and I truly appreciate his hard work.
