  The service and collision centers are very professional. I had some damage to my tailgate that needed repair, Kevin in the collision center dealt with my insurance company to make sure the correct repairs were covered. Very accommodating to my schedule. When bringing in the truck for the tailgate, I noticed a slow leak in a tire. The service department, even though they were extremely busy fit me in and repaired the…

  leak while I waited. All staff at Morris Ford are very professional and customer friendly. All service work gets a full explanation of what was done and why. No over sell on anything. Very pleased!

  Morris Ford was recommended to me by my Father in Law who is a long time customer. I had some challenging issues with my 2025 F-150 and they diagnosed the problems, addressed them completely and kept me informed along the way. They were friendly, polite and did an outstanding job. I will be getting my Ford vehicles serviced there hereafter. I highly recommend them.

  The Service department is simply the best there is. They always go out of their way to accommodate us and do a great job !!! . We have purchased many vehicles at Morris and have always been treated well by all the associates that we have interacted with throughout the dealership . We have another Ford dealership much closer to us , but we feel it’s worth the drive to Morris !

  My truck had to be towed in due to a communication error. The service team called me before they went home for the night to give me a update that they got it in from the tow and it was in the garage for the morning. How great to get an update vs. being left in the dark well done team!!

  No hassle experience in ordering a truck from the factory and negotiating the price of a lease. As a customer with multiple experiences leasing Fords, but no experience at this dealership, I found the process easy and fair. Would not hesitate to lease from then again.
