  We called them on Friday and arranged to come down to see and buy a specific truck Saturday. Financing in hand and approved. Said we would be there in the morning. Drove 3.5 hours to get there. Arrived at 11:10a, and they sold the dang truck. Guess it wasn’t worth holding it since we weren’t using their financing. Dave told us he was going to call in the morning to check on our status. When we arrived, he was…

  finishing up the paperwork with someone else. Then had the nerve to leave a voicemail talking about “Sorry it didn’t work out …” Go straight to h3ll, seriously. That’s some shady business practices and I’d never recommend them. Feel free to reimburse us the diesel we used to get down to deal with this crap.

  I think they may have broken the windshield washer cap. I replaced it at a cost of $14.00. Please check if the mechanic did check the fluid or not. If not, no problem. Also, in 2 visits, no one can tell me why there is a fowl, stale smell when i turn on the AC. I want to know what this is and have it fixed.

  very friendly and worked to address my warranty issue. Explanations were very clear and thorough answering any questions I had. Service writer Eric was very friendly and professional. Master Tech did a good job getting the repair made. Even with the shop missing Technicians they were able to get my repair made in a timely fashion.
