  Terrible experience..I was the first customer waiting to get in ( 730 am) was waiting right in front of a bay door they were apparently weren't going to use that day..so they opened the other 2 and waved in 4 customers in front of me..and didnt bother to tell me.. I was there a total of 2.5 hours by the time i left. On the way out I asked to confirm they reset the oil timer..said they did..but they didnt.…

  Also..this shop does not report services to carfax. They didnt seem to know that when I asked. I never leave bad reviews. But I feel this is important due the stakes of not being thorough with somebody's car. Im not confident my wheels have been properly tourgued.. so I'll be going to another shop to confirm my work was done right.

  Unfortunately being a 9-5 worker is hard to get services when businesses are open for similar hours. Luckily, the folks at Jiffy Lube are understanding and are kind enough to go out of their way to help you when needing an urgent state inspection that expires next day.   I was given a 9 AM appointment. I arrived 10 minutes early. My car never went into the bay until 10:30 and I was sitting there,waiting, annoyed that they had only one mechanic on duty and kept saying it would be another 10 minutes for an hour and a half. If you can’t handle the amount of clientele, don’t overbook. I don’t enjoy being lied to or being stuck in an uncomfortable chair when it should have been an in…

  and out process. It was an inspection on a perfectly well maintained car. The inspection took less than five minutes, yet, it took me nearly 2 hours to get my sticker. I call that ridiculous. They have lost a customer.

  Popped in there for state inspection today and was pleasantly surprised. Everyone there was incredibly friendly they had my car in and out and under 10 minutes. No scams, no needed repairs, just quick service and they also suggested I should come back and have them tighten up my lug nuts in a couple of days. Genuinely impressed highly recommend.
