A full synthetic oil chsnge is 80-100$ so I was thrilled to find a $25 coupon & went to the JL on rt 9 in Clifton Park. After waiting (sitting in line in my car) over an hour, I was allowed inside the lobby & used the bathroom. It compared to a dirty gas station w/empty broken soap dispensers. Then I was greeted by a salesman (the mechanic) advising i change my air filter $(50) & flush the radiator $$$. I declined…
the offer. After "fees" the bill was $127 so I paid $100 anyway... I'll stick with Good Year from now on.

The inspector bold face lied to me about my wiper needing to be changed or risk failing inspection, I’ve worked in auto parts for 10 years I knew the wiper was fine. I was then charged 40 dollars for a wiper that I know is less than 5 dollars, as soon as I the inspection went through I asked for the old one back and put it back on right in front of them because there was nothing wrong with the wiper it wasn’t…
hanging like he claimed, and there’s no streaking so the inspector just made it up and lied to my face. I would like to be refunded the 40 dollars for that wiper which is garbage and bottom of the barrel and is actually a downgrade to what is already on there. Inspectors are overly eager to fail inspections because it doesn’t benefit them. When newer cars come through they look for anything to fail inspection because they simply do not want to do their job. Completely unprofessional. I have the “bad” wiper if anyone needs to take a look at it. It’s more than fine I change wipers everyday for a living and for 40 dollars you should be getting top of the line rain x wipers. Not a wiper that jiffy lube bought from the shop for 4 dollars and then up charge people for 40 dollars when they don’t even need a wiper in the first place. Disgusting

Very professional and courteous crew. Process was quick and pleasant. I arrived minutes before the published closing time (6pm I think) and cars continued to line-up behind me. The crew continued to allow cars to que-up, serviced customers while I waited, and were still working when I paid and left at 6:35. I was also provided a free car wash voucher upon my exit. Good guys, good customer service, quick and easy…
process. Well done!

I almost never leave reviews, but I wanted to make sure I wrote one for this visit. I came in for a car inspection and it was super quick and easy. The staff was really friendly and helpful. They even removed my old registration sticker and put the new one on for me, which I really appreciated. I was also offered a coupon for my cabin filter that needed replacing. Overall just a really smooth and positive…
experience. Great customer service!

Idk why I waited in my car for 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Then finally a worker asked If I had been helped. Service went fine w tire rotation and got my $30 coupon redeemed After driving 5 miles tire pressure sensor came on indicating low tire pressure. I think this store should focus on customer service and doing a thorough job.
