  I used to go to the regularly and one time I went and I waited and I waited and I waited and the owner (who I would often recommend to people) kept letting people in front of me and he told me outright that they were his more regular customers. On top of that he took apart my engine to check for a timing chain issue and only after he took it apart he told me that it would cost $400 to put it back in labor. I paid it…

  Finding a great mechanic is almost as important as having a great doctor, maybe more so. Mike and everyone at PRSS are great. The pricing is fair and the work is excellent. Most importantly they are very good people and they can be trusted to do the right thing always. Honest and helpful, I trust them totally to always do excellent work. They aim to get the work done with excellence, and keeping the customer happy…

  I had an awful experience at Pearl River Service Station. I went in for a regular car inspection, which should have only cost $37. Instead, the owner tried to charge me $160 just because my car has tinted windows. I used to go there regularly and recommend them to others, but not anymore. It's really disappointing when you try to support local businesses, and they turn around and try to take advantage of people in…

  My care went there with the motor in tact and left with a blown motor. Do not trust these individuals they are untrustworthy and shady. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headache.

  Fair prices and honest work. Have had nothing but great experiences with Mike and his team. Pleasant staff and Mike is always willing to help. I have been going to Mikes shop for 20 years… most of my family does as well. I know I can trust my car with Mike and would recommend you give this shop a try.
