  They did a good job, fixing the hood of my car. But when it comes to tires, Absolutely not. This is not a tire place. They don’t have the property equipment. My steering wheel was wobbling. I got the tires rebalanced, but that didn’t resolve the issue 😑 I took it back twice Just to make sure if the workers missed something which they did. They told me I needed 4 brand new rims and that will stop the Steering wheel…

  from wobbling 😑. I went elsewhere for a second opinion, and they told me it was just one tire that was Causing your steaming wheel to shake below 25mph… When it comes to expecting your tires, this is not the place. I will not recommend it.

  Avoid this place at all costs. I went for an inspection for my car, and I noticed the staff were trying the hardest to find any excuse to scam me. They even took their time to lift my car on the bridge, lit every single light, and pretended they were meticulously searching for any hazards. B.S. They know they are going to say they found something wrong, even though you know there is none. And as soon as they tell…

  you what it is, they don't hesitate to OFFER fixing it for you right there. They are the problem and NOT the solution. Do not fall for this place. These people are scammers. At the end, I decided to walk out paying the $37 inspection fee, but I know others succumb to their extortion. Update Today, after days of having that bad experience I was blessed to find honest people. This new place I went for my inspection confirmed my suspicions. They agreed that my tires are not needed yet to be replaced even though they should be changed for next year but til then what they were trying t do is a scam

  Went to get a wheel alignment came out worse then what is was these people are scammers and when you come back to get it fixed they don’t wanna do it when they break your car even more also the place looks like a junkyard

  Response from the owner · August 15, 2024: Hi, before you spread misinformation, you came to do alignment over one month ago. The same vehicle you say is used as a rental car. I have no responsibility over how other people drive your own car and then come back a month later and say your car is no good. If your car had an issue with the alignment, you would've came back the same day or the next day and we would redo the alignment at no additional cost. But not a month after. We apologize for the inconvience.

  Definitely stay away from this place. I went to their auto repair shop for an DMV inspection. While my car was still parked outside in the same spot, the individual behind the counter told me I needed new brakes in order to pass the inspection and the price would be $900. They never even looked at the vehicle, put if on the left or removed the tire. I told them no, they still changed me for the inspection and I went…

  Response from the owner · August 15, 2024: Hi, just to clarify, there is a sign posted for inspections that PASS OR FAIL is $37. In you case, we did an inspection and it failed since you paid the fee. We are all licensed and certified inspectors with the DMV and if the inspector says that your brakes are not good, they are not good. We follow the regulations given by DMV which posted in our office when we do inspections, we are not crooks. We are not like other inspection stations that just pass everything because the point of an inspection, is to inspect the vehicle to make sure it passes. Thanks

  This place has the worst service and just takes your money. I went in for an inspection 6 months after the tinted window law was passed and in effect- and passed. I go in the following year and they fail my inspection. I asked why did it pass last year with the law in place and failed this year with the same law in place and everyone has a confused look on there face with an insufficient response. They provide…

  Unprofessional services and no explanation that is valid enough to support it. It’s either you follow the rules or you don’t with DMV not when you feel like it. This explains why most of their reviews are negative. I did not ask to be passed. I asked for a reason I’m told “it was a mistake” but it wasn’t a mistake to take my money. Then when asked for a receipt from the previous service they give you attitude. Don’t be mad at the customer for your mistakes. Be consistent with your service. Obviously what you guys are doing is illegal. I did NOT asked to be passed. I asked WHY was it passed last year when nothing has changed.

  Response from the owner · August 9, 2018: Karen, the law is the law especially since we also have signs in the office. Tinted windows are ilegal and also it’s illegal for a consumer to direct the inspector to pass an inspection. 2 wrongs don’t make a right

I bought 3 used tires the first time I drove with the new tires I had a problem so I went back to them and they claimed they have to do a tire alignment so they charged me again but the problems kept on coming so I checked the tire size and I realized that they sold me 2 different sizes so I went back again and firts they tried to deny that they…

  sold me 3 tires but after the invoice was printed was verified that they did sold me 3 so their apology was "sorry I dont have another tire the same size so the only option is I can give u a brand new for $150. Please listen to me and don't use them cus u'll be 1 day in the same position as me ADDITIONAL: now I see his response this guy is the worst and dishonest guy I have ever met first he denied that smaller tire is from him now he claims they told me b4. That's absolutely not true they never mentioned a word about that to me b4 Also claims he offered me money back.   Response from the owner · July 12, 2019: YOU CAN'T HAVE YOUR CAKE AND EAT IT TOO. Due to you having a lease car, you didn't want to spend money. We informed you that one of the used tires was a different size and you agreed to replace it. When you came back, you were complaining about vibrations so we recommended to balance the tires. We also offered to give you the money back for the smaller tire and offered a new tire but as before, you refused. We also never did alignment and balance the tires.
