  This is the only place in spring valley where I go without my husband and they don't overcharge or find something "wrong" that's needs to be fixed right away. I know a lot about cars so I can tell when I am getting lied to. The mechanics here are honest and I never have any issues with the work they do. I have not gone to any other mechanic since I found this place. They do a great job.

  Very rude, tres frekan. If I could give lower than one star I would. Most of the people who have left reviews are Haitian (could tell by the last name), probably friends and so I wouldn't trust their review. I had called Chris Auto Repair Shop 09/30/24. The gentleman on the phone was quite rude and hard to understand. I eventually realized he was Haitian and so I began to speak to him in creole. I started off…

  telling him I was referred by my father, used his name and asked him if I can come in @5:45pm. He told me sure, I proceeded to ask "him how long will an inspection take?" and he told me I can come in. Now, does this answer the question. NO IT DOES NOT. I proceeded to asking him again and asked him in creole, he told me again that I could bring in the car and was telling me that he had another caller on the line. Now, is this my problem? NO IT IS NOT. I repeated my question over and over again and the man on the phone failed to answer my question. He eventually sucked his teeth and hung up on me. Now, is this good service? NO IT IS NOT. If you are reading this, if you know how to read. I asked because I had another time pressing thing to attend to and was trying to squeeze in the inspection. It absolutely wouldn't have hurt you to give me an estimate. I could've then did with that information as I please, ex. come another day. This is why you so commonly hear Haitians don't know how to do business. Mwen pa nan frekan avew! Do better!
