I have 3 Subarus and would only take them to Bill Kolb Jr for service. Brought my 2013 Outback in for a oil change, tire rotation and NYS Inspection on 4/11/26. On the drive over I noticed the shudder when turning, pulling right. As per normal Danielle Aceto was kind, polite and gave me reassurance that they would take care of the job, and not to worry. rusted. They checked the car all round, made sure everything else was tight, dry and safe and advised I change just 1 arm on 1 side. Its unusual to go to a garage and feel like you're not getting upsold, ripped off or the old classic "if we change the right we HAVE to change the left". Danielle and the technicians worked hand in hand to get the job done quickly, priced fairly and I left Bill Kolb Jr feeling good. This is why I only go to Bill Kolb Jr. On this visit I found out that they have a new Service Manager, Alan Bass.....really nice guy, very professional, lots of experience and genuinely believes in customer service.
