  Sufyan was very quick to help me when I arrived. He made me feel at ease with the services provided. My AC wasn't working so that had me a bit anxious, especially it being the week of the heat wave. He was understanding and gave me a great price. Would definitely recommend and keep coming back.

  This was my first visit to this place. I was very impressed on the service that I was provided. The two people that helped me a lot was Kazi and Sufyan. So my story is simple I reached out to them about problem I was having on my car. They had excellent communication skills and replied to all my questions.   very kindly as if I know them for years. I noticed any customers that came by they treated them with respect and dignity. I waited at the shop and hung around while they worked on my car. I had an issue with the active grill shutters and they were able to put a new one for me. Their pricing was very fair in fact I think it was priced way below any dealership that you will go to. They team over there seems like honest guys trying to offer good service. I also noticed the lead Sufyan making sure to take care of the car himself even though he has other workers to do the work for him. That's a good sign of a good leader who oversees good work. Kazi the other rep for this shop was very hands on and understood all the business aspect. Very patient answering any concerns I had. Making sure I was comfortable before I went forward with anything. Overall experience was 10/10 would return back when needed.

  We went for oil change. The worker (Safien) did the oil change , put anti freeze and changed the oil pan nut. Great and professional service. I recommend.

  Customer of two years here; I usually go in for small stuff like oil changes and minor issues. Came in one other time to install lowering springs. I always came back. They were great to work with up until they recently damaged my car. On 1/7/2021, the mechanic present (Albin), incorrectly put my car onto the lift: the lift arms dug into my rocker panels, causing damage not only to the wrap but the panel itself.…

  After seeing the damage, I came back to the shop with the hopes of resolving the issue. Although they offered to repair the damage at one of their other shops, I refused as I no longer trusted their service. I called Mr. Azad notifying him of my refusal of his offer and that I was instead going to call insurance if he refused to pay for my repair at a body shop that I trust. During the entirety of the conversation I was met with condescending and rude behavior as he repeatedly called me a "small man"/"child" and that "I should be happy" simply because he was offering to repair my car at another of his shops and getting increasingly angry every time I declined his offer. He even shockingly asked me what would happen if I broke my leg and "who would repair it". While I can chuck it up to being a poor analogy, I did not find it amusing as much as I found it as a threat. I went back again on 1/13/2021 to show the estimate I was quoted for, but nothing came from the conversation other than the strong insistence that I go to his shop. Mr. Azad continually refuses to cooperate with his customer and keeps pressuring me on his service (something that I am uncomfortable doing). Because of this I've decided to escalate the situation and contact insurance. This incident also doesn't cover the fact that I had paid for an O2 sensor defouler at the shop for $75 and Albin, the mechanic, tried to keep the purchased item after I decided to remove it off of my car. If you don't care about your car then they are your perfect business to go to. Otherwise hightail it to the numerous other auto shops that are around the neighborhood and save yourself the headache.
