I came to the this shop at 9:40 am. They made me wait until 2 pm. The manager said the parts were not available so they didn’t fix it. If you had to waste for 4 hrs and felt ignored, you would expect apology. They didn’t do that. I don’t recommend this unkindly shop.

I’m an owner of 2025 Murano. On June 27, right before my trip, I have to replace a tire - Bridgestone Alenza Sport 255/55R20. I call several dealerships, and nobody have that one, all was saying it would take several days to get it. All it changed when I call to Star Nissan of Bayside Parts and talk to Nova. Nova assure me that he will get the tire next morning, if I will secure the invoice (pay for it before lunch…
time). And it made my day. Tire was there next morning. Thanks to Nova it all happened, I will definitely recommend this dealership if people need new parts

I went here the other day to get parts for my vehicle and I was in and out. Imran was very helpful and I will definitely go back here if I ever need new parts for my vehicle. The good thing is that they are open on Saturdays.
