I came in to have my tire replaced using my wheel and tire warranty, and Renaldo made the entire claims process incredibly smooth and stress-free.   morning—and it did exactly as promised. As soon as it came in, he personally called to let me know it was ready. When I arrived, the excellent service continued. Desai took over and replaced my tire, balanced it, and thoroughly inspected my vehicle. He was respectful, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. During the inspection, he noticed that my rear tire had a bubble that I hadn’t even mentioned in my original warranty claim. Renaldo immediately stepped in again and helped add my rear tire to the claim, making the entire process effortless. When I left, my Mercedes drove perfectly, and I had complete peace of mind knowing everything was taken care of correctly. The professionalism, positive attitudes, attention to detail, and customer service from both Renaldo and Desai were truly exceptional. This is exactly how every business should treat its customers.   I had a terrible experience with a Pep Boys in another city many years ago and decided to give them another chance, as I had a critically low tire and they were closest to where I was staying. Big mistake and also I'd rather pay to have the car towed than ever deal with another Pep Boys ever again in my life. The front desk person (Peter) was nasty, ordering customers around and talking over them. He didn't properly…

  explain anything and I waited quite some time before he informed me that my tires had a wheel lock. (When they asked, I stated that I did not know; I've never had a car with one and I bought this one used.) Even after I stated that I had never seen the hardware, the employees argued with me to check my glove box. Friends, I assure you I went through this whole car when I purchased it and I knkw exactly what is in the glove box and that hardware was never there. They concluded that they could not get the wheels off, and were rude when I asked if I would be refunded, informing me that I was never charged. If I presented my card, how would I know that without checking my account? I went to a reputable tire dealer elsewhere, and they were easily able to remove the wheel lock, and replace them with traditional lug nuts for a reasonable fee. (They were also helpful, kind, and informative. Pep Boys should take note.) Either this place has no idea what they are doing, or they are lazy. Either way, save your time and money and go elsewhere.

  This shop is convenient and quick. I haven't had any problems with the service and I've been coming here a few years now for oil changes, brakes, an air conditioning fix and new tires. The staff is always honest and friendly. I would recommend to anyone in the neighborhood.
