  Excellent! This was father and son business over the years. His son is more the face of the business these days. Work is still top notch. They are straight shooter. They let you know the issue, give you a solution at reasonable prices. We have been going to them for over 10 years.

  I've been bringing my old car here for a few years on the recommendation of my neighbor. They always do good, fast work for a fair price and explain all options clearly before getting our go ahead to do the work. But I recently learned that their superpower is collision repair and dealing with the insurance company when my MIL's car had a fender bender that took out two doors (expensive!). The insurer mailed her a…

  check without even talking to her about it, but when we took the car to One Ten they explained the laws in New York about restoring to original condition and that that the adjuster who looked at it on behalf of the insurer really has no way of knowing the extent of the damage until the door panels are removed. It turned out they were right and the damage was more than DOUBLE. We refused to accept the check and signed a contract that let One Ten represent us. This is my first experience with collision and insurers and we were definitely nervous about signing the contract, but this shop was totally upfront and honest about the entire process and it went exactly as they said it would. They really did take care of all of the back and forth with the insurer and restored the car to its original condition right down to the paint color matching perfectly. I can't say enough good things about One-Ten. There are honest mechanics, and this is one.

  My go to place for state inspection. No worries about complete diagnostics that charge $300 for parts & $800 for labor. Inspection done in 10 mins maximum. They are fast, easy to deal with, efficient, courteous and respectful. I trust them every year for my inspection and would highly recommend them to anyone! Top notch service and professional staff!
