  I found the Subaru Outback Premium I wanted concerning year, color, etc. after looking over many Subaru Dealer sites. It was located at Brewster Subaru, New York. I called and asked for a Salesman. Lo and behold Mitch Pollak (Certified Sales Consultant) answered the phone. He was very friendly, pleasant, and gave me all the info i needed to know and what the procedure would be to hold the vehicle until the next day…

  for me. Before I called, I checked the price because I'm always one to negotiate. I found the price to be very reasonable for what I was getting so I was well informed on how to discuss our meeting. I was very impressed with the new building and all the property for parking and a lot that must have had 100 new different Subaru models. The inside was neat as a pin, the break area had plenty of seating, areas to use your laptops while waiting , refreshments, etc. The place was immaculate. The personnel were all busy but found the time to say hello plus being very friendly. I was escorted to where Mitch was. He was very friendly with a very relaxed posture which put me at ease. Everything was explained calmly with no high pressure and his knowledge was impeccable and detailed. Nothing was left, all questions were answered and I was ready to purchase the vehicle. It was one of the best experiences I've ever had purchasing a vehicle without the dramatics and high pressure from a Salesman. He is my go to salesman for future Subaru Outbacks for sure.   Kristen is wildly unprofessional and was super hot and bothered that I was even there. She slapped a window price on the desk for a vehicle that I was interested in and that was it. She seemed to have no car knowledge at all for me to even ask questions. The eye rolling, rude remarks about other staff there and texting on her phone completely turned me off from even wanting to take my business to this dealership.…
