  went to get my brakes replaced and my inspection renewed. everything was fine for a couple days and my brakes started making a scratching noise again. went to a different shop and they told me that they didn’t replace them with new clips. they didn’t even look new. cost me around 300$. not going back

  Took my truck in after a small collision and Lito gave me an estimate right away. Came back in for repairs the next week and the service was amazing 🤩 Lito was very kind, knowledgeable, patient and did an amazing job on my truck. Hands down this is the best place in town.   I scheduled an appointment for 3:00 PM and arrived on time. Upon arrival, I was informed that my car would not be taken in for another 20 minutes. I asked if I could leave the vehicle and return later, but was initially told this was not possible due to limited parking. After some discussion, I was allowed to leave the car on the side and was told it would be taken in within 20 minutes for an oil change and that I…

  would receive a call once it was completed. After one hour, I called to check on the status of my vehicle and was then informed that it would not be ready until 5:36 PM. When I asked for clarification—since I had been told earlier that the car would be taken in shortly—I was told that other cars were worked on instead. Appointments should be honored, or delays should be communicated clearly and honestly. Unfortunately, the lack of transparency and poor communication made this a very frustrating experience. Based on this visit, I cannot recommend this shop.

  HORRIBLE! Stay away they are LIERS. Umberto smiles all day and tells you exactly what you want to hear. I brought my car in 2 months ago to get fixed after he wrote up an estimate. I brought in the car when he told me to bring it in to get work done. Car sat in his shop the 3 days to fix the auto body damage. When I picked it up the work wasn't even done at all. He gave some excuses that workers were busy and sick…

  but next week will be better. Of course needing to fix the car I came back the following week and upon picking up the car a few days later, nothing was done. This happened 4 times over 2 months with my car getting worse now due to weather causing rust. At the end he never fixed it just keeps saying to come back and leave my car there for more time. I am shocked that he has loyal customers and that he believes it's ok to deal with people's time and car problems this way. I will NEVER EVER show back at this crooked place.

  Had serious issues with misfires (an old LeSabre) and needed quite a bit done to the car. Umberto and the staff are great! They are honest, fairly priced, and know what they’re doing. I highly recommend this place, and will bring my car here for future issues.
